I know it sounds tedious & a pain but I would maybe try zooming in to where you can see one of the circles real good & color it in whatever color u prefer, just be very careful & precise & it can be done. (it don't have to be completely perfect because once you zoom out you usually can't tell any small imperfections.) Then just copy that one and paste it over the others (& so your not pasting one over and over, once you get a row stop and just copy that whole row & then you can paste in rows & not each individual one-if that makes sense), then add your initials or words.
